BTRoomer is a co-living and PG management platform catering to both tenants and property owners across Indian metros. The earlier website lacked brand clarity, had poor UI structuring, and failed to resonate with its two-sided user base. With growing competition in the managed living space, the brand needed a digital presence that reflected its vision and positioning more effectively.
Objective
To reposition the brand and revamp the entire website experience from a UI/UX perspective — without touching backend or programming layers. The goal was to bring clarity, emotional appeal, and usability to both tenants and PG owners through clean design, better content architecture, and modern storytelling.
What did we do
We reimagined the entire visual and content layout of the BTRoomer website — focusing on clean UI, bold messaging, and mobile-first design. Clear pathways were created for tenants vs PG owners, each with tailored messaging and conversion goals. We established a brand tone that felt both reliable and youthful, supported by custom illustrations, refreshed visuals, and micro-interactions that improved navigation and engagement.
