Background
Thrive Consult, founded by seasoned HR leader Jyoti Menezes, focuses on transformation coaching, HR process redesign, DEI strategy, and organizational culture building. As a personal brand-led consultancy, the website needed to showcase not just services but also trust, credibility, and deep subject matter expertise for a CXO-level audience.
Objective
To create a professional, people-centric digital platform that communicates the brand’s leadership in HR, transformation, and coaching. The goal was to build an emotional connection with individuals and organizations alike, while offering clear and engaging access to services, certifications, testimonials, and past work.
What did we do
We designed a clean, modern website with high storytelling value — focusing on personal credibility, client impact, and clarity of offerings. The UI structure was mapped to encourage browsing across transformation journeys, services, DEI consulting, and leadership credentials. Soft color palettes, minimalistic icons, and strong copy ensured that the site felt approachable while retaining high professional appeal.
