Melt Muse is a homegrown gourmet dessert brand built around emotion, comfort, and sensory indulgence. More than a bakery, it presents itself as a feelings-led brand — one that understands cravings beyond hunger and turns desserts into soft, memorable moments. The social media direction was shaped to reflect this warm, intimate, and premium personality.
Objective
To build a social media presence that feels emotionally rich, visually cohesive, and true to Melt Muse’s brand identity. The aim was to move beyond typical product-first dessert content and create a feed that communicates mood, softness, calm indulgence, and everyday celebration through thoughtfully curated posts.
What did we do
- Built a mood-first content direction instead of relying only on product promotion.
- Planned a balanced content mix across reels, statics, stories, seasonal creatives, and founder-led storytelling.
- Developed a soft and intimate copy style using lines like “A sweet pause for you,” “Our way of baking — slow. honest. simple.” and other comfort-led messaging.
- Created content around multiple emotional hooks such as calm, comfort, tea-time warmth, winter indulgence, celebration, and festive sweetness.
- Structured the December grid to feel curated and premium, while still keeping the communication relatable and order-driven.
- Introduced brand-building founder content to make Melt Muse feel more personal and human, not just product-led.
