Background

IJM First City is a premium integrated township located in MIHAN, Nagpur—offering a secure, thoughtfully planned, and future-forward residential experience. The brand needed to break away from fragmented, project-level messaging and establish a single, unified brand idea that reflected its long-term value proposition, lifestyle offering, and trust as a developer.

Objective

To launch a 360° brand positioning campaign that would:
  1. Establish a central brand narrative for IJM First City
  2. Reflect the completeness, lifestyle depth, and integrated township advantage
  3. Build emotional connect, aspirational value, and clear differentiation in the Nagpur market
  4. Serve as a reusable framework for future campaigns, city rollouts, and communication formats

What did we do

  • Conceptualized and launched the umbrella brand idea: “One Address, Infinite Possibilities”
  • Defined and communicated the core promise: everything a family needs, within one address — space, safety, community, modern lifestyle, and long-term investment value
  • Rolled out the campaign across multiple formats and touchpoints:
    1. Hoardings and outdoor with lifestyle-led visuals and messaging
    2. Digital creatives and reels focusing on the “infinite” value of gated living
    3. Print and brochure design aligned with the new brand voice
    4. Sales collateral and AVs reinforcing the central narrative
    5. A 12-month branded calendar featuring monthly lifestyle themes and township highlights
  • Created a visual and copy language that was premium, minimal, and emotionally resonant — focused on real family life, aspiration, and space for growth
