Vinay Unique Sky is a brand new project at Gokul Township, Virar W. The project is located in Virar West, Famous and most Posh Location. It is a 5 mins drive from Virar Station and easily accessible to malls, supermarkets etc.

To create a comprehensive brand and communication strategy for strengthening its market position, build brand recognition, foster audience engagement, and effectively convey its unique value proposition.

What did we do SKY

Communication Strategy : 

SKY is the first 23 storey tower with 9 wings and 32,000 sq ft of Rooftop in Virar. So this is one of the tallest and biggest project in Virar. Project have  amenities on the rooftop, clubhouse with luxurious amenities and podium amenities.

So this project if full of life filled with all amenities inside only. No need of going outside. The main USP of the project is 32.000 sq ft of Rooftop and they wanted to highlight this.

Impact

After the successful brand communication launch for the Vinay Unique on different platforms like digital, Indoor, Outdoor advertising, the project site office had got increased footfall count everyday. Sales increased and all units sold in time.
