Vinay Unique Sky is a brand new project at Gokul Township, Virar W. The project is located in Virar West, Famous and most Posh Location.

It is a 5 mins drive from Virar Station and easily accessible to malls, supermarkets etc.

SKY was looking for a strategic and creative advertising agency that can effectively communicate the value and uniqueness of our project, generate qualified leads, and contribute to its overall success in the Virar real estate market.

What did we do

We developed a strong communication strategy for the brand. And followed that in offline advertising like Hoardings, Onsite Pannels, Pole Branding, Presenter, Brochure Leaflet, Magazine Cover, Exhibition Stall backdrops design and many more.

Impact

After the successful brand communication launch for the SKY on different platforms like digital, Indoor, Outdoor advertising, the project site office had got increased footfall count everyday. Sales increased and all units sold in time.
