Background
THRIVE is a transformative brand designed to enable individuals and organizations to unlock their full potential. With a strong belief in the power of clarity, vision, and foundational growth, THRIVE empowers people with strategic guidance, insight, and leadership development tools that help them thrive from the inside out.
Objective
To design a brand identity that captures THRIVE’s duality of deep-rooted stability and visionary growth. The aim was to express the brand’s focus on clarity, strategy, insight, and future-forward leadership through a visual identity that feels inclusive, progressive, and empowering.

What did we do

1. Research
We explored the intersection of personal development, strategic leadership, and visionary branding. Insights revealed that successful transformation requires a balance between roots (stability and clarity) and rising (vision and progress) — a philosophy we embedded into every visual and messaging element of the brand.

2. Creative Exploration
We incorporated the eye within the logomark to symbolize perceptive guidance — clarity, focus, and strategic insight. The flowing “e” represents an upward, ever-evolving journey, reflecting THRIVE’s progressive values.
Key design insights:
- Eye symbol: Strategic clarity and human insight
- Swing of ‘e’: A visual metaphor for upward growth
- Vibrant strokes: Represent THRIVE’s energy and transformation
- Typography: Primary font “Euphoria Script” evokes elegance and fluidity
- Color Palette: A rich mix of orange, charcoal, mint, and nude conveys growth, strength, and trust

3. Application
The brand identity was applied to real-world assets including:
- Stationery and packaging design
- Brand Book
- Virtual meetings background graphics and digital templates
